KATHUA, Dec 2: Kartar Public School, Barnoti, Kathua organized Sports Day for pre-primary wing in the school campus, today.
Er. Nirmaljit Singh, Chairman Kartar Public School was chief guest on the occasion, who appreciated the little champs and also praised the efforts of teacher for organizing such a wonderful event.
Harpreet Kour, secretary Kartar Public School also spoke on the occasion. She focused on the values and importance of games for the development of healthy body and mind in a child.
Principal Kartar Public School, Manjula Dogra was also present on the occasion.
Different interesting and fascinating activities were arranged for little kids during the event.
Pre nursery kids participated in the simple race and Pick and throw the ball where in Ritvik stood first in simple race and Manjot stood first in picking and throwing the ball.
Nursery kids participated in the 50m race, hopping race and bag packing wherein Ekjot Singh stood first in 50m race, Parul stood first in Hooping race and Parth stood first in the Bag packing.
Cycling frog race, Book balance and 50m race were included for Jr. Kg kids where in Ekjot Singh stood first in the cycling, Khushi stood first in frog race, Garv Rajput stood first in Book Balance and Krish stood first in simple 50m race .
One leg race, tying of laces and putting on shirts buttons, tug of war and long jump were included for Sr kg class wherein Nalish stood first in one leg race, Akashra stood first in tying of laces, Sumiksha toped in putting on the shirt buttons. Team A in tug of wwar was declared as winner and Meharjeet topped in long jump.
Winners were also awarded with medals and certificates were presented to all the participants.
