JAMMU, Feb 14: Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER) awarded prestigious FAIMER Fellowship to Dr Sandeep Dogra at annual convocation held at Ludhiana recently.
The fellowship was conferred by Ralf Rundgren Graves, Associate Director, FAIMER, Philadelphia, US in the presence of Janet Grant, Director, CenMEDIC and FAIMER, Dr Bobby John, Principal, CMC, Ludhiana, Dr Tejinder Singh, Director CMCL-FAIMER Regional Institute, Ludhiana and Dr Dinesh K Badyal, Co-Director CMCL-FAIMER Regional Institute, Ludhiana.
FAIMER is an Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, Philadelphia (US) initiative which focuses its efforts on the development of educational leadership and management of knowledge and skills.
Dr Sandeep piloted and tested new tools of teaching, learning and assessment of medicos in Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu. Presently working in the Department of Microbiology at GMC, Jammu, Dr Sandeep did his MBBS from GMC, Jammu and MD Microbiology from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram (MS).
