HPS, Bari Brahmana celebrates 33rd Annual Day

BARI BRAHMANA, Nov 28: Humanity Public School, (HPS) Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana celebrated 33rd Annual Day “Kaleidoscope of Colours” in its school campus with enthusiasm and fervor, today.
Dr Nutan K Resutra, Chairman, J&K State Board of School Education was the chief guest, Rameshwar Mengi (Chairman R M Charitable and Educational Trust) was the guest of honour,  Sharad Khajuria  Retd. Deputy Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan) and  Rajkumar Katoch (Addl. Secretary Transport Depertment) were the special guests while the function was presided by  Subash Chander Bhardwaj (District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Samba).
They were welcomed by the Principal of the institution  Gaurav Charak, Vice-Principal  Anku Charak, Akashdeep Raina (Incharge HPS) and Nitin Jamwal. The Students were also part of the welcome party. The function was also graced by Pritam Singh (Assistant Secretary J&K BOSE Branch Vijaypur),  Gagandeep Singh (JE PWD),  Manish Kumar (JE PWD),  Vikas Sharma (MD, Sharma Book Center, Digiana), all the Principals and Headmasters of Government as well as private schools of Bari Brahmana.
The kaleidoscope of colours was started with lighting of the traditional lamp. The girls of class of 7th and 8th performed Ganesh Vandana which was followed by the cultural activities and demonstration like Dogri Dance, Lavani Dance, Gidda, Kids Dance, Barbie Dance, Martial Arts, Jalwa, Fusion, Musical Gurbaani, Skit, Solo and Group Songs etc. The chief guest and guest of honours felicitated the achievers in academic, sports and cultural activities with Cash Prizes, Medals and Trophies.
Eminent dignitaries present on the occasion were Capt G S Charak, chairman of the school,  Meera Charak, chairperson of the school),  Naar Singh (President, Labour Union, J&K State),  Inderpal Singh,  Surinder,  Akashmaan and Pawan Kumar.
On the occasion, galaxy of intellectuals and invited guests, parents were present.
