HPS excels at IIMUN Conference

JAMMU, May 5: Humanity Public School achieved remarkable success at the India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) Conference 2026-27, held at Carmel Convent School. The three-day event witnessed participation from 22 schools across the region and was inaugurated by international badminton champion Saina Nehwal.
A delegation of 12 students from Humanity Public School actively participated in various committees, engaging in debates on national and international issues related to diplomacy, governance, and policy-making. The delegates included Gurvinder Kumar, Shweta, Ananya Singh, Khushboo Verma, Nandini Bali, Parth Lalotra, Aditi, Ashwik Singh, Nimrit Pal Singh, Angel Gupta, Krishvi and Pranav Singh Charak.
The school delivered an impressive performance, earning multiple accolades. Ashwik Singh (Class 11) secured a High Recommendation Award along with a Silver Medal and Certificate of Excellence for his role in the Lok Sabha Committee. Nimrit Pal Singh (Class 11) received a Verbal Mention in the Disarmament and International Security Committee, while Gurvinder Kumar (Class 12) also earned a Verbal Mention in the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly Committee.
Political Science Lecturer Sanju Kotwal was felicitated as Faculty Advisor for his mentorship. Principal Gaurav Charak and Vice Principal Anku Charak applaud the participants.
