JAMMU, Dec 23: Indira Public High School, Shiv Nagar, RS Pura, Jammu, celebrated its Annual Day Function and Prize Distribution Ceremony today with great enthusiasm. The event was graced by SP (HQ) Jammu, Irshaad Husain Rathar, as the chief guest, who praised the role of teachers in shaping students’ futures. He highlighted the dangers of drugs, cybercrimes and traffic violations, urging students to stay focused on their goals, saying, “Your future is in your hands, stay focused and succeed.”
SP Rathar felicitated the toppers and emphasized the importance of parental guidance in supporting children’s ambitions. Other dignitaries included SDPO RS Pura, DySP Gurmeet Singh, SHO RS Pura, RS Parihar, Chairman Ravi Kumar and Principal Neelam Kumari. The function concluded with prize distribution and a vote of thanks by Chairman Ravi Kumar, reflecting the school’s commitment to holistic education and student development.
