SAMBA, Nov 25: Thalora Football Club secured a dominant 4-0 victory over Gurha Slathia Football Club, advancing to the semi-finals of the ongoing Thalora Premier League football tournament held at Thalora Mandi, here today.
The match saw Thalora’s early dominance with Aditeshwar Sambyal scoring a goal within the first few minutes of the game, giving them a 1-0 lead. Thalora’s Saksham Sambyal then took charge in the second half, scoring three consecutive goals to seal the victory.
The match was attended by former Councillor Raj Singh Sambyal, who praised the youth for organizing such tournaments and emphasized the importance of regular sports competitions to keep young people engaged and away from negative influences like drugs. Other notable attendees included Rakesh Singh, Jagdish Singh, Keshav Singh and others who supported the event.
