SRINAGAR, Sept 27: Rural Development Department, Block Harwan, organized a cycling race at Harwan as part of the Swachh Utsav initiative. The event was flagged off by Muqsit Wani, BDO Harwan, accompanied by DDC members and representatives of the Phaag Development Forum.
The race witnessed enthusiastic participation, with Fariq Rafiq, Gowhar Ahmad and Daanish Majid securing first, second and third positions respectively. During the event, participants were urged to actively contribute towards keeping the environment pollution-free and to uphold their responsibilities as conscious and responsible citizens.
