Week-long ‘Art of Living’ Course concludes

JAMMU, July 30: A week-long ‘Art of Living’ under the name ‘Prison Smart Programme’ was organized by Art of Living  Teacher, V P Kotwal, at District Jail Jammu, which concluded here today.
The course was held from July 23, 2014 and concluded today.
49 jail inmates took part in the course and did yoga, meditation and allied things to achieve peace and fitness.
Harish Kotwal, Superintendent District Jail Jammu, while addressing the jail inmates said that the programme will bring a positive change in the behaviours of the inmates.
“The course seems to be beneficial for the rehabilitation of the prisoners. The jail authorities will be organizing such type of programmes in future also,” expressed Mr Harish.
