JAMMU, May 1: Shaurya International School organized a programme, marking the formal induction of the newly elected student council, here today. Ajay Sharma, Superintendent of Police, Jammu South was present as the chief guest, alongside Harinder Mahajan (Chairman), Sahil Mahajan (Vice-Chairman), School Directors and parents.
The ceremony began with a soulful Welcome Song by the school choir, followed by a graceful Welcome Dance. In his welcome address, Principal Dr. Rajesh Gandral highlighted the democratic election process and the school’s focus on nurturing leadership values.
The oath of office was administered to the newly appointed leaders, symbolizing their commitment to responsibility, service, and integrity. The badge-pinning ceremony was conducted by the Chief Guest, dignitaries, and House Mistresses. The chief guest emphasized the evolving role of student leadership and urged students to inspire through action.
