HYDERABAD: Due to heavy rains, events on the third day of Hyderabad Monsoon races, scheduled for tomorrow, have been postponed to August 1.
“The Board of Stewards of the Hyderabad Race Club (HRC) has decided to postpone the third day of Hyderabad Monsoon Races, schedule on Thursday (July 28) to Monday ( August 1),” the club said in a release here today.
Intermittent heavy rains in the city for the last two days have rendered the race track unsuitable for racing, forcing a change in the schedule.
The race card framed for tomorrow’s events will hold for Monday, the release added. (PTI)
