JAMMU, Jan 30: Sports Goju-Ryu Karate Association, J&K has selected 23 players for the International Karate Championship being held at Sujanpur, Pathankot from tomorrow to February 1, 2015.
The championship is being organized by International Goju-Ryu Karate Organization. The J&K team will participate in the competition under the supervision of Anil Nanda, Chief Technician, J&K while Ronika Rathore will accompany the team as Girls Coach and Anit Pal Singh as Team Manager.
JP Singh, Inspector General of Police, Home Guard and Civil Defence, while interacting with the selected players, wished them success in the upcoming tournament.
The team: Sidh Mahajan, Prajin Chopra, Samarth Gupta, Adityavir Singh Jamwal, Sarthak Gupta, Jagteshwar Pal Singh, Kabeer Khullar, Gaurik Khullar, Bhavesh Dutta, Shub Kumar, Dhairya Gupta, Rachit Gupta, Rehan Gupta, Kashish Pandita, Atin Sandeep Wazir, Shouria Vardhan Billowria, Soham Kalsotra, Ayush Abhijeet Sonawane, Dhruv Mahajan, Adit Sharma, Harsh Vardhan Billowria and Mukal Palma Ganesh.
