2-day All India Yoga Sports C’ship concludes

SRINAGAR, Oct 4: Two day All India Yoga Sports championship 2015 concluded here today at Sher-i-Kashmir Indore Stadium.
The event was organized by Yoga society of Kashmir in collaboration with J&K Sports Council.  Around 12 teams from various States of the country including UP, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir comprising 209 youth participated in the championship.
Minister for R&B, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari who is also the Chairman Yoga society of Kashmir was the chief guest on the occasion gave away prizes among meritorious participants.
Appreciating efforts of the organization for holding this championship, the Minister underlined need for organising more such events in other parts of the State.
