REASI, Oct 13: The Department of Youth Services and Sports, Reasi, organized the Inter-Zonal District Level Athletic Meet (AAG Girls) at General Zorawar Singh Stadium, where Zone Pouni girls dominated the competition.
In U14, Pooja Devi (100m, 400m), Sumiti Devi (600m) and Mokshi Sharma (Shotput) secured golds for Zone Pouni. U17 winners included Anjali Devi (100m, HSS Salal), Shenaz Akther (800m) and Simran Devi (Discus). U19 champions featured Neha Devi (100m), Sunita Rajput (400m), Balkis Kour (800m), and Madhvi Sharma (Long Jump), all from Zone Reasi. Field events saw Taniya Kousar (High Jump U14), Kritika Kundal (Discus U19) and Ruksana Bano (Javelin U19-Zone Mahore) among top performers.
DYSSO Reasi, Tarsem Singh, praised the athletes and encouraged them to maintain discipline, health, and dedication in sports and life.
