JAMMU, Mar 26: Superintendent of Police (SP) Rural Brijesh Sharma and former Chairman and presently Jammu Kashmir Bank Member of Board Director R K Chhibber inaugurated the world’s first Mobile Sanskrit Gurukul Class at Bantalab, here today.
Brijesh Sharma said that Mahant Rohit Shastri is doing good work to promote Trust Devvani Sanskrit. He also appreciated Chudamani Sanskrit Sansthan, Basohli. The officer appreciated the dedication of SKJRVS Trust towards bringing Sanskrit into the mainstream and making it reach to every part of the society in front of Mobile Sanskrit Gurukul.
On this occasion, Mahant Rohit Shastri, head of Shri Kailakh Jyotish and Vedic Institute Trust said that “Mobile Gurukul” has been inaugurated on the occasion of Late Dr Uttam Chand Shastri Pathak’s birth centenary for which the vehicle has been donated by Rakesh Gandotra, Secretary of the trust.
R K Chhibber said that learning Sanskrit language helps in sharpening the mind and gaining knowledge about ancient texts and scriptures which are mainly written in Sanskrit language. Such an event would boost the morale of Sanskrit lovers and appeal to remain united and work for the protection of our culture and our moral values.
