JAMMU, Mar 27: J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu is set to organize its Annual Sports Meet–2026 from March 28 to April 5, aiming to foster fitness, camaraderie and professional bonding among members of the legal fraternity.
The announcement was made during a press conference addressed by president K Nirmal Kotwal in the presence of general secretary Pradeep Majotra, joint secretary Anshu Mahajan and treasurer Rahul Aggarwal. They informed that the event is a provincial-level initiative designed as a recreational and community-building platform for advocates and legal professionals.
The sports meet will feature a wide range of activities including cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, pickleball, swimming and other athletic events. It is intended to provide participants a refreshing break from demanding legal routines while promoting teamwork, healthy competition and stronger professional ties within the fraternity.
The organizers further informed that Red FM will be the radio partner, while sponsors include JK Bank, NSF Vehicleades, NSF Chetak, Sports Club Bishan, Shree Vaishnavi Foods, Know Kanoon and JK Floor Mill Private Limited.
Venue partners for the event include MA Stadium, KC International School, Splash Zone Water Park, University of Jammu, Tawa Cricket Ground and Isle of Ball.
The Association has appealed to advocates as well as the general public to participate and witness the event, making it a vibrant and successful sporting occasion.
