JAMMU, Dec 26: The Vice-Chancellor of Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ), Prof (Dr) K S Chandrasekar, today flagged off the Men’s Badminton team for the North Zone Inter-University Tournament to be held at CT University, Ludhiana, from December 30 to January 4.
While addressing the players, the Vice-Chancellor extended his best wishes and motivated the team to play with dedication, discipline, and true sportsmanship. He urged the athletes to give their best performance and bring laurels to the University at this prestigious tournament.
The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Vinod Bakshi, Director of Physical Education and Sports, who appreciated the rigorous training and commitment of the team. He expressed confidence in their abilities to perform well at the inter-university level. The Vice-Chancellor and Dr. Vinod Bakshi posed for a group photograph with the team. The University fraternity wished the players success in the upcoming tournament.
