JAMMU, Dec 9: Trikuta Group of Colleges, Jammu, organized its 10th Blood Donation Camp to commemorate the birth anniversary of Founder Chairman, Late Dr Roop Lal Sharma, honouring his lifelong dedication to social service. The camp was inaugurated by Satish Sharma, Minister for Youth Services & Sports. He praised the college for promoting such initiatives that benefit society.
Over 100 volunteers, including teaching and non-teaching staff, students, post-graduate scholars, and interns, participated in the camp. Suman Sharma, Chairperson of Sain Charitable Trust, emphasized the importance of voluntary blood donation. Managing Directors Ritesh Sharma and Ravish Sharma, CEOs Dr Nitin Mahajan, Japna Sharma, Jasudha Sharma and Principals of various colleges were also present.
The camp was organized in association with Jammu Blood Centre, BEE ENN General Hospital, and Jammu Blood Donors & Welfare Society, reinforcing the college’s commitment to community welfare.
