JAMMU, Mar 30: Team Jammu (Idpeans) delivered a commendable performance by securing the 3rd position in the Sub-Junior Category at the 15th J&K UT Tennis Ball Cricket Championship, held at Bijbehara. The championship attracted strong teams from across the Union Territory, making the competition intense and highly competitive.
As per handout issued the event was organized by the J&K Tennis Ball Cricket Association under the aegis of the Tennis Ball Cricket Federation of India and sponsored by the J&K Sports Council, the event showcased the growing talent and professionalism in grassroots cricket in the region.
Team Jammu’s young players impressed with their discipline, teamwork and skill, reflecting the promising future of cricket in the Union Territory. The team was led by Gulshan Rattan General Secretary, District Jammu and coached by Jafar, whose leadership ensured strategic planning and coordination. The trophy was presented by Farooq Salroo, Founder and General Secretary of the J&K Tennis Ball Cricket Association.
