POONCH, Aug 26: First Tehsil level Tantray Volleyball tournament, being organised by Tantray Youth Club in collaboration with Eshaas Foundation, commenced at Beadar Mandi, here today.
The opening match of the tournament was played between Khaki Club Jallian and Malik Club Seri, wherein Khaki Club emerged winner by defeating Malik Club Seri by 2-0 sets.
About 16 teams are taking part in this tournament.
Tehsildar Mandi, Shahzad Lateef Khan was chief guest who declared open the tournament in presence of Parvaiz Malik Afridi, REK president Poonch, Gurmeet Kour and many others.
