JAMMU, Jan 31: Tagore Memorial Higher Secondary School, Rani Talab, Digiana celebrated 44th Annual Day cum Prize Distribution Function in the Teacher Bhavan Auditorium, Gandhi Nagar, here.
Sham Lal Choudhary, Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control was the chief guest on the occasion, while Jeet Choudhary was the guest of honour.
Earlier, BS Sambyal presented welcome address, while Gagandeep Kour highlighted the achievements of the school.
A variety of cultural items were presented and the winners of various events were awarded. Sourav Saini, who had secured 10th position in class 8th was awarded with a cheque of Rs 10,000.
