JAMMU, Nov 25: Supertech Kids Valley Playway School, located opposite Police Post, Talab Tillo, Jammu, hosted a comprehensive medical eye check-up camp for its students, reinforcing its commitment to the health and development of young learners. The eye screening was conducted by Dr. Kunal Jain, Director of Kamal Nayan Vision Centre, Talab Tillo, who assessed the children’s vision and identified potential eye-related issues.
The camp included thorough eye evaluations for refractive errors, squints, lazy eye and visual clarity, along with guidance on maintaining eye hygiene, proper lighting for studying, balanced nutrition and limiting screen time. Dr. Jain highlighted the importance of early eye check-ups in identifying vision problems and supporting better academic performance.
School Chairman Puneet Mahajan presented a memento to Dr. Jain in appreciation of his expert service, while Principal Meenakshi Gupta expressed gratitude to the medical team for their professional approach. She assured that such health initiatives would be organized regularly to ensure the overall well-being of the students.
