JAMMU, Feb 16: The J&K Branch of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized the highly anticipated Super Sixes Cricket Tournament Season V at Greenfield, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of CA professionals and students, with eight teams battling it out for the championship.
After an exciting series of matches, Team Neon Green emerged victorious in the thrilling final, defeating Team Red led by Hanok Hardy, Team Neon Green showcased remarkable teamwork and resilience. Hanok Hardy was honoured as the best batsman of the tournament, while Sahil Malhotra was recognized as the best bowler for his outstanding performance.
The trophy was presented to the winning team by Vineet Kohli, Chairman of the J&K Branch, along with other distinguished officials including Vice Chairman Sourav Pargal and Treasurer Ayush Sawhney.
The tournament was officiated by umpires Parveen Dogra, Vikas Purdhani and Raj Kumar Gupta, with commentary provided by Ritupal Singh and Jai Singh Jamwal. The J&K Branch thanked all participants, officials and senior CAs for their contribution to the event’s success.
