SAMBA, Feb 15: A T-20 cricket tournament was inaugurated today at the District Police Lines Samba by SSP Samba, Virinder Singh Manhas, under the Civic Action Programme.
He was joined by Additional SP Samba, DySP Headquarters Samba, SDPO Vijaypur, DySP Operations Samba, and DySP DAR Samba.
The tournament, which will follow a knockout format, sees the participation of 20 cricket teams.
The opening match of the tournament was held between Aryan Cricket Club Samba and Chichi Mata Cricket Club Samba, with Aryan Cricket Club emerging victorious.
