Srinagar lifts U-17 boys’ football title

SRINAGAR, June 10: Outplaying formidable side of Baramulla by two goals to nil (2-0) in the summit clash, District Srinagar lifted the title trophy of the State Level Inter-District Under-17 boys’ Football Tournament, organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports at Anjum Ground Bemina, here today.
Earlier, in the semi-finals, Baramulla drubbed Ganderbal, while Srinagar got better of Jammu.
