Sports events organized in Manjakote, Darhal

RAJOURI, Mar 21: Continuing its mission of channelizing the energy of youth in constructive direction, Rajouri Police today organized sporting events in Manjakote and Darhal areas of the district.
In Manjakote, police organized  a sports event which included games of  Volleyball, Kabaddi and Kho-Kho.
The event was organized under Civic Action Programme at Government Higher Secondary School Manjakote.
The tournament was inaugurated by SDPO Manjakot Imtiaz Ahmed in the presence of Principal HSS Manjakote and SHO Manjakot Ajaz Haider besides several civil society members.
A total of eight teams of   Volleyball, six teams of Kabaddi and four in Kho-Kho participated in it.
A similarly event comprised of games like  Kho-Kho, Carom Board,  Badminton for girls was conducted at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Darhal   under Civic Action Programme programme.
The event was organized by team of police headed by SHO Darhal Habib Pathan under the supervision of SDPO Thanamandi Iftikar A Chowdhary.
