NEW DELHI, Feb 19: S S Sodhi, Governing Body Member of the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) and President of the Jammu & Kashmir Rifle Association (JKRA), called on Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, in New Delhi today.
