JAMMU, June 2: Shaurya International School organized a programme to honour students who excelled in the recently declared CBSE Grades X and XII Board results.
Priya Sethi, former Minister, was the chief guest for the occasion. Harinder Mahajan, Chairman and Sahil Mahajan, Vice Chairman of the school, were also present. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the traditional lamp, symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment, followed by a melodious welcome song performed by students from Grades VI to X.
Alpana Manhas, the Head Girl, delivered a warm and heartfelt welcome address. Dr. Rajesh Gandral, Principal, formally welcomed the dignitaries, students, and parents.
The highlight of the day was the much-awaited award distribution ceremony. School toppers, stream toppers and subject toppers of Grades X and XII were felicitated by the chief guest along with the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Principal.
In her address, Priya Sethi praised the students’ hard work and dedication. Harinder Mahajan lauded their perseverance, and Sahil Mahajan encouraged students to continue striving for excellence in all spheres of life.
