Sharan wins Gold in SBKF C’ship at Sri Lanka

JAMMU, May 17: Sharan Aryan, a 12th grade student from Rich Harvest School in Jammu and Kashmir, has brought pride to the region by winning a gold medal at the Sanyukta Bhartiya Khel Foundation Championship in Sri Lanka.
The 9th Sanyukta Bhartiya Khel Foundation (SBKF) International Games were held at Colombo, Sri Lanka from May 3 to 8 where Sharan showed exceptional performance in Pencak Silat Championship and won gold medal for the Country.
As per the communication there were seven countries which participated in the championship. The school management, principal, staff and students of Rich Harvest School appreciated his achievement.
For the first time in 2018, Sharan excelled in Pencak Silat with a Silver medal and in year 2020 he won two gold medals in Pencak Silat in Inter-school and District Championships and since now he has won several medals in different events.
