JAMMU, Jan 12: The J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association will conduct selection trials for the 72nd Senior National Kabaddi Championship (Women) from January 16 to 18, 2026, at the Kabaddi Field, M.A. Stadium, Jammu. Trials will commence daily at 3:00 pm.
Dr Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, General Secretary of the Association, informed that the trials are open to women players weighing 75 kg and below, with no age restrictions. He urged all affiliated districts and clubs to send their registered players for the trials.
The 72nd Senior National Kabaddi Championship is scheduled to be held at the Indoor Stadium, Telangana, from January 27 to 30, 2026. Eligible participants must bring two passport-size photographs, two photocopies of Aadhar Card, NOC from parents, Domicile Certificate, Medical Fitness Certificate from CMO and their AKFI registration card. Unregistered players will not be allowed to participate.
