JAMMU, Dec 7: The J&K Taekwondo Association (JKTA) will conduct selection trials for the Senior Taekwondo Teams on December 9 at Taekwondo Training Centre, MA Stadium, Jammu.
The selected athletes will represent Jammu & Kashmir at 41st National Senior Kyorugi and 14th National Senior Poomsae Championships, scheduled from December 12 to 14 at GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad, Telangana.
The trials will be overseen by a committee comprising Convenor Amit Kumar, Organising Secretary Anuj Sharma and members Chandeep Singh and Dushyant Kapta, ensuring a fair and merit-based selection. Weigh-in will be conducted on the day of trials, with Kyorugi and Poomsae events running from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Athletes must carry required documents, including Black Belt certificate, medical fitness certificate, domicile, Aadhar, JKTA license, DOB certificate, and passport photos. For details, contact +91 6605967575.
