JAMMU, Dec 12: Sant Gurbaksh Singh Ji Danna Hockey Tournament will be organized by Sant Pura Danna Charitable Trust in collaboration with Hockey J&K from December 13 at KK Hakhu Astroturf Hockey Stadium, here.
The main objective of the Tournament is to involve and encourage youth towards sports and fitness, to help them not to divert from the mainstream. The Tournament will be held under the supervision of Sant Tejwant Singh Ji of Dera Sant Pura Dana Guru Nanak Nagar, Jammu.
This was stated by the organizers of the event while addressing media persons here today.
Sixteen teams will be participating in this Tournament.
Prominent among those who addressed the media persons included S Tajinder Singh Wazir, GS Bakshi, Ravinder Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Janak Singh, Amrik Singh and Rajinder Singh Raja.
