POONCH/RAJOURI, Apr 7: To observe World Health Day, a dental and veterinary camp was organized at Kulali in Hill Kaka at an altitude of 7,500 feet by 6 Sector Rashtriya Rifles, today.
The camp was inaugurated by Brigadier RP Singh, Commander, 6 Sector Rashtriya Rifles.
The camp saw an overwhelming response by the locals of the area.
460 villagers including 120 women and 40 children were benefitted from the camp.
300 animals were treated by the veterinary doctors during the camp.
Also present were SDM Surankote and SDPO Surankote, Ajay Sharma and Sarpanch of Kulali.
The locals appreciated the facilities and efforts being provided by the Rashtriya Rifles to promote harmony and development.
Recently, four children from Hill Kaka have been given admission in Army Goodwill Public School, Rajouri, four Children at Army Goodwill Public School, Potha and one child in Army Public School, Beas.
