JAMMU, Sept 14: The 3rd Rajinder Magotra Memorial Basketball Tournament concluded at Parade Ground Mini Stadium today. Royal Basketball Club (RBC) defeated STC Warriors by 88-58 in the final to claim the title.
In the semifinals, RBC beat J&K Police by 88-58, while STC Warriors defeated Rajinder Magotra Welfare Club by 75-56.
Abhinav Sharma from STC Warriors was declared as the Most Valuable Player (Men’s section), while Tamana from RBC was named the Most Valuable Player (Women’s section) for their exceptional performances.
Anuradha Gupta, Director General Youth Services and Sports, was the chief guest and Ranjeet Kalra, Member of Governing Council (Sports) Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, presided over the prize distribution ceremony.
