JAMMU, Nov 10: Rich Harvest School students attended Flag-cum-Foundation Day of J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides at Sate Head Quarters, Gandhi Nagar, here today.
8 students from the School under the supervision of Ruchi Charak (Trustee), Senior Guide and School teacher Monika Bharti and Kanika Gupta took part in the function.
200 students from various Schools were also present.
The function began with a welcome speech by I D Soni, State Commissioner Scouts & Guides.
On the occasion, Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Raman Bhalla was the chief guest where as president of J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides and former Minister, R.S Chib presided over the function.
Senior vice-president, Navin Agarwal, vice-president G.A Qureshi and senior lady vice-president, Roma Wani were the guests of honour.
