JAMMU, Mar 1: Rich Harvest School, Shastri Nagar celebrated its Annual Fest-2025, “Ek Shaam Jammu Ke Naam,” with immense enthusiasm. The event was graced by Indu Kanwal Chib, Chairperson of SSB, as the chief guest and Bala Jyoti (Retd), District & Sessions Judge, as the special guest of honour. Both dignitaries lauded the efforts of the students in showcasing Jammu’s rich cultural heritage and commended the school’s role in preserving and promoting local culture.
The highlight of the evening was a mesmerizing display of Dogra culture and warriors, with students performing vibrant traditional dances, music and drama. These performances depicted the valour of Dogra warriors, leaving the audience in awe. The evening also featured a virtual tour of Jammu by Rich Harvest Airlines, along with live performances by renowned Dogri singers Asha Kesar and Shamsher Mohd.
Uma Katal, Founder of Rich Harvest Schools and Vice-Chairperson of SG Dogra Foundation, welcomed the guests and presented the school’s vision to promote Jammu’s cultural heritage. In her address, Indu Kanwal Chib encouraged the students to take pride in their heritage and emphasized the importance of such programs. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Raswinder Kaur.
