JAMMU, Feb 3: Rawalpora Cricket Club (RCC) crushed National Cricket Club (NCC) by 21 runs and sailed into the next stage of the ongoing Jammu Premier League at GGM Science College hostel ground here.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, RCC scored 149 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Iqbal and Irfan scored with 41 runs each, while Amir made 15 runs.
For NCC side, Atish scalped 2 wickets, while Gourav took 1 wicket.
In reply, NCC were bundled out on 128 runs for all out in 17.1 overs. Shivdutt was top scorer with 43 runs, while Sidhant made 27 runs.
For RCC side, Tariq took 3 wickets, while Irfan scalped 2 wickets. Iqbal, Owais and Amir pocketed one wicket each.
Irfan of RCC was declared as man of the match for his all-round performance.
The match was officiated by Rajinder Singh and Amit Sharma as umpires, whereas Puran Raina maintained the scorecard.
