JAMMU, Oct 31: Rajouri Stadium XI smashed Khalsa Cricket XI by 21 runs and registered berth in the next round of the ongoing 5th Eid-Diwali Milan Cricket Cup, being organized by Vishal Cricket Club and Simula Sports XI in collaboration with Jammu Police at Parade Ground, here today.
Batting first, Rajouri Stadium XI scored 103 runs in stipulated 20 overs for the loss of all wickets. Vinay scored 27 runs, while Yasir made 16 runs and Iftkar chipped in 15 runs.
For Khalsa Cricket XI side, Shushant scalped 4 wickets, while Nitin took 2 wickets. Mohit, Manpreet, Manmohit and Sunny clinched one wicket each.
In reply, Khalsa Cricket XI could not chase the target and bunled out at 82 runs in 14.1 overs by losing all the wickets. Harinder made 28 runs, while Sunny and Nitin scored 15 and 10 runs respectively.
For Rajouri Stadium XI side, Asif was pick of the bowler, who took 5 wickets, while Yasir scalped 3 wickets. Vinay and Sunil shared 1 wicket each.
Asif of Rajouri Stadium XI was adjudged as Man of the Match.
The match was officiated by Sanjay, Sandeep and Shugul.
In tomorrow’s fixture Eleven Star will take on Bahu Fort Cricket Club.
