Raja CC thrashes ITCC by 87 runs in All India T20 C’ship

JAMMU, Dec 6: Raja Cricket Club defeated I-Tech Cricket Club by a big margin of 87 runs in the ongoing All India T20 Cricket Championship, being organized by Youth Cricket Club Bhalessa at MA Stadium, here.
Winning the toss and batting first, Raja CC scored a mammoth total of 205 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, losing 8 wickets in the process. Naresh Kumar top scored with 100 runs, while Ishtiaq contributed 43 runs and Shamsher chipped in with 17 runs. For I-Tech CC, Manav claimed 3 wickets and Sumesh took 2.
In reply, I-Tech CC bundled out for paltry total of 118 runs, thus lost the match by 87 runs. Jagdev took 2 wickets for Raja CC.
In another match, Strikers XI defeated Whites Cricket Club by 70 runs. Batting first, Strikers XI scored 144 runs, while in reply, WCC collapsed at 74 runs. Sachin Sudan and Vikram Singh contributed 45 and 40 runs for Raja CC, while Mohit top scored with 25 runs for WCC. Sachin Sudan was declared as man of the match for scoring 45 runs and taking 4 important wickets.
