JAMMU, Dec 16: Department of Sanskrit Government Degree College Nowshera today organized online inter-collegiate quiz competition on ‘Sanskrit Sahitya’ wherein a large number of students from various colleges of JK UT participated.
The aim of the event was to inculcate the knowledge about Sanskrit Sahitya among the students. The first prize was clinched by Nittin Kumar of GDC Nowshera while the second prize was shared by Nasreen Akhter of GDC Nowshera and Isha Devi of GWC Parade Jammu and third prize was bagged by Nikita Sharma of GWC Parade Jammu.
The event was organized by Dr Gourav Sharma, HoD Sanskrit under the overall supervision and able guidance of Dr Surinder Kumar, Principal GDC Nowshera.
