JAMMU, Feb 12: Pushp Vatika, Jeevan Nagar celebrated its Foundation Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. The theme of the event was “Family Roots” and the day was marked by joy, cheer and vibrant student performances.
Rameshwar Mengi (Principal), Rita Mengi (Trustee), Rakshan Mengi (Director – RMPS) and Risheek Mengi (Director – Pushp Vatika & SNGN) welcomed the guests. The programme was attended by Charu Sahni (GHSS Satwari), Zaver Noor (ZEO Satwari), Kirpal Singh Sodhi (Retd. CEO) and Dharam Chand Saini.
The event began with the ceremonial lamp lighting and bouquet presentation, followed by a dazzling welcome dance by Class ‘Ankur’. Students from Class Koshika to Class 1 presented skits and dance performances, leaving the audience impressed.
Academic achievers from Classes Ankur, Koshika, Kalika and 1st (2024–25 session) were felicitated with certificates and mementos. The Principal appreciated the students’ efforts and the programme concluded with a vote of thanks by the Director.
