JAMMU, Apr 30: Presentation Convent Sr. Sec. School organised a special ceremony to induct its new student council, celebrating leadership and responsibility among students. Class XII students presented an inspiring assembly on the theme “Trailblazing Women: Leadership with Vision,” which included a welcome dance and a skit highlighting the power of women leaders and the importance of human values in achieving success.
Principal Amelina Rodrigues, Headmistress Sister Nano, and the school coordinators felicitated the newly appointed council members with badges and sashes. The students took an oath to perform their duties with sincerity and determination. The outgoing council was also honoured with Certificates of Honour.
Head Girl Asmi Gupta and parent representative Dr. Mehak Gupta delivered motivating speeches, reflecting on the qualities of effective leadership and the positive impact of student-led initiatives. The programme concluded on a high note, inspiring students to lead with purpose and integrity.
