JAMMU, Apr 25: To felicitate meritorious students J&K Police Public School organized its prize distribution function today in school premises at Miran Sahib. 18 meritorious students who had excelled in academic performance in the annual examination in the year 2012-13 of class 10th and 12th were awarded cash prizes along with certificates.
Kiran Prasad, Chairperson J&K Police Public School was the chief guest. The other members of Management Committee Seema Aggarwal, Dr. Rubinder Kour and Madhu Rohia were also present to grace the occasion. Shakeel Ahmed Beig , DIG Police Jammu Kathua Samba Range Administrative Officer J&K Police Public School, Miran Sahib, Jammu, Mr. Rajeshwar Singh, AIG Welfare PHQ J&K and Prashant Mahajan CPO RPHQ Jammu were also present on the occasion.
The students who showed excellent performance in the field of Sports, Culture, Art, Craft and Literature were also awarded with certificates and trophies. The Nehru House was awarded running trophy for exhibiting excellent performance during the year.
The function started with the welcome song followed by a fantabulous dance performed by the students in the school auditorium to make the prize distribution function a colourful presentation.
