NHPC’s inter regional selection trials conclude

JAMMU, Sept 4: Inter regional selection trials for formation of NHPC cricket team concluded today.
In a function, S Kalgoankar , Executive Director, Jammu Region and Anjali Kalgoankar concluded the function by cutting of cake and distribution of trophies to the joining team of NHPC corporate office, Faridabad and runners-up of Parbati Region, Himachal Pradesh.
The concluding match was won by Corporate Office in super-over after the match was tied defeating cricket team of Parbati Region.
Speaking on the occasion, S Kalgoankar wished NHPC cricket team best of luck during Inter CPSU Cricket Tournaments which will be conducted shortly under the aegis of Power Sports Control Board.
The team was selected by Raj Kumar Sharma and Vijay Dogra, cricket coaches from University of Jammu, who were associated with NHPC for selection of the team.
RK Kedia, Chief HR was also present on the occasion.
