JAMMU, Dec 20: Heena Bali and Inayat Hussain, who claimed bronze medals in the 59th National School Games Under-17 Taekwondo Boys and Girls Tournament  at Chhattisgarh recently, were felicitated by the Director General Youth Services and Sports, Navin Aggarwal in his office chambers at the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports, MA Stadium, here.
Heena Bali, student of Carmel Convent High School, Kunjwani, Jammu and Inayat Hussain, student of Boys Higher Secondary School, BK Pora, Budgam were part of the J&K State contingent sponsored by the Department of Youth Services and Sports.
The DG Sports presented them merit certificates issued by the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) for this achievement in a simple function, which among others was attended by Joint Director, Madan Lal; Deputy Director, Kanchan Bala, PI Pushpa and Zonal Physical Education Officer Veer Ji Bhat.
Mr Aggarwal lauded the efforts of these players for this landmark achievement.
