Media XI wins by 6 wkts as Bunty butchers NYC bowlers

JAMMU, Apr 20: Magnificent knock of 84 runs by Sunil Bali (Bunty) helped Media XI to thrash NYC by 6 wickets in the ongoing 2nd Holi Cup T20 Cricket Tournament at Mandal Cricket ground, here today.
The Tournament is being organized by Sachin Singh, Mukesh Sharma and Sunil Kumar, under the chairmanship of Ankush Abrol, Member BCCI.
Earlier, batting first, NYC scored a decent total of 156 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Tajinder scored brilliant 53 runs, Rahil contributed 37 runs to the total. Anshu Bhat also chipped in with 10 runs. Arun took 2 wickets, while Sachin claimed one.
In reply, Media XI chased the target easily by losing 4 wickets as Bunty sent the rival bowlers on a leather-hunt. He was simply in sublime touch and hit the ball with fluidity and grace. Gajdeep Singh and Rahul Khatri contributed 39 and 18 runs to the total respectively. Sachin Sharma took 2 wickets, while Mukesh Sharma and Rahul Khatri claimed one wicket each.
The match was officiated by Bablu and Varinder as umpires.
