JAMMU, Feb 18: KVS Regional Level 42nd Jawaharlal Nehru National Science, Mathematics and Environmental Exhibition 2015 was hosted by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sunjuwan, here today.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner, KVS Jammu Region, AVLJ RAO in the Vidyalaya premises, here.
Participants from three Sub Regions namely Amritsar, Srinagar and Jammu took part in the said exhibition.
Manish Tuli, Principal of the Vidyalaya accorded formal welcome to the chief guest and other dignitaries.
The occasion was graced by various academicians and various officers from KVS Jammu Region including A S Gill, Assistant Commissioner, T R Choudhary, Principal KV No 1 Gandhi Nagar, Lakshmi Narayan, Principal KV No 2 Jammu Cantt and V Santosh Kumar, Principal KV Bantalab.
Other dignitaries included Prof Rajni Kant, Prof PVKS Baba, Prof J S Tara and Prof Vinod Sharma, all from University of Jammu, besides Dr J L Sharma from Govt MAM College and Dr Naveen Anand, Govt Women College, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
Science faculty of KV Sunjuwan including Sucheta Gupta, S Kotwal, Dr Ajay Kumar and Sunita Choudhary organized the show.
Dr. V. P Sharma (TGT Sanskrit) conducted the proceedings of the inaugural function, while the vote of thanks was presented by Sushma Jain (Vice Principal).
