POONCH, June 26: Kick Boxing Training Camp organized by District Kick Boxing Association under the aegis of Kick Boxing Association of Jammu and Kashmir concluded today.
Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Haveli Shah Mohammad Tantray was the chief guest on the occasion, whileas Ajaz Ahmed Khan, DYSSO Rajouri-Poonch was special guest. Rajinder Singh, Retd DYSSO, Nazir Charak, ZPEO, Ashok Sharma, retd Principal, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma and Sabar Hussain Bitta were also present.
The function started with demonstration of kick-boxing.
Makhan Lal, President, Poonch District Kick Boxing Association, presented the welcome address and briefed about the events organized during the camp.
A total of 150 students from Government as well as private schools took part in the camp. Ashiq Hussain and Diya Jaswal were adjudged as best campers.
While speaking, MLA assured that he will provide all facilities to the association in the future.
Later, MLA distributed prizes and certificates among the participants and the officials.
The technical staff of the camp included Rajinder Singh, State referee, KAJK, Sahil Sharma, Jatinder Paul and Vikas sharma.
In the end, Jatinder Paul, Treasurer, PDKA presented vote of thanks.
