JAMMU, July 25: Three students from KC Public School—Aryan Mahajan, Akshat Mengi and Anusheel Kaul—along with their science teacher Shelza Kapoor, visited the ISRO campus in Hyderabad for a one-day educational tour. The visit was awarded to them as winners of the Techradiance Competition held at IIT Delhi last year.
During the tour, the students attended an engaging introductory session on ISRO’s significant achievements, including the Chandrayaan and Mangalyaan missions. They explored key facilities, viewed satellite models, and learned about the PSLV and GSLV launch vehicles. A major highlight was an interactive session with ISRO scientists, who answered student questions and offered valuable insights into India’s space programs.
The visit proved highly informative and inspiring, providing the students with deeper exposure to space science and technology. It also motivated them to consider future careers in scientific research and space exploration.
