JAMMU, May 8: Seventy-five students and three teachers of KC Public School were awarded participation certificates by IIT Jammu for attending a three-day Drone Technology Workshop led by expert Jaskirat Singh. The workshop aimed to familiarize students with drone design, regulations, and real-world applications.
Students gained hands-on experience in assembling drones and took part in live flying demonstrations, interactive quizzes, and group discussions. The event received an enthusiastic response, with active participation throughout. The workshop was coordinated by STEM incharges Surbhi Mahajan, Kapil Kashyap, and Shelza Kapoor.
Principal Amarendra Kumar Mishra thanked IIT Jammu and Singh for inspiring students to explore emerging technologies. “Workshops like these provide our students with valuable exposure to cutting-edge fields,” he said. The school remains committed to offering such enriching experiences to equip students with skills for the future.
