Jammu, Oct 8: Khalsa Cricket Club (KCC) today registered fabulous win over the Media-XI team in the inaugural tie of the T-20 Cup Sikh Premier League at Baba Julla Camp Gole Gujral Ground, Talab Tillo, Jammu.
After winning the toss, Media-XI team chose to bat and scored 79 runs in 18 overs.
Des Raj of Media-XI was the highest scorer with 25-runs in 20 balls while Prithpal Singh of KCC took 3 wickets for the team.
Lucky Singh of Media-XI was appreciated by the visitors for his longest six of the match.
Led by Surinder Singh, KCC chased the target in 13 overs with highest 29-run inning played by Ranjeet Singh in 23 balls.
Rahul of Media-XI team with his finest spell of two overs took 2 wickets.
All the players were given medals while the guest of the honour-Mir Imran, captain of Media-XI team, was given a memento by chief guest Inder Pal Singh, former Sarpanch of the area.
